Kenneth D. Seale
Mr. Seale graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law, cum laude, in 2001 after he earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Michigan. While at the University of Wisconsin School of Law, Mr. Seale worked as a clerk for the Honorable Justice William Bablitch of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and worked as a civil litigation intern for the State of Wisconsin Department of Justice. Mr. Seale also received the University of Wisconsin School of Law/Wisconsin State Bar Academic Achievement Award for the highest grade in both International Trade Law and Comparative Law and authored an article that was published in the Wisconsin Environmental Law Journal.
Mr. Seale is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the State of Wisconsin. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Seale practiced law at the firm of Swanson, Martin & Bell where he gained experience in many areas of civil litigation, including products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. Mr. Seale continues to practice in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis in the defense of medical malpractice claims.
